How to wire this up
In Salesforce, go to Setup → Messaging Settings → Enhanced Messaging for Web,
create/select the Pothys demo channel, and copy the embed script it gives you
(a single <script> tag referencing embeddedservice-web).
Paste it in place of the placeholder comment right before </body> below.
